Frequently Asked Questions

ABOUT SAGE BLUE LIFE

Q: What is Sage Blue Life?
A: Sage Blue Life helps professionals and parents find clarity in a time when everything is evolving at once. We explore how human perspective and emerging technology can coexist with purpose and calm. Through thoughtful research and guided conversation, we turn complexity into insight. Our focus is not on keeping up but on staying centered so you can make thoughtful choices that feel aligned with who you are and where you want to go.

Q: What makes your approach different from other AI or coaching programs?
A: Most programs focus on tools and productivity. We start with you. Instead of racing to adopt the latest app or system, we explore what is actually changing in your work, identity, or priorities and build clarity from there. AI is part of the conversation, but never the center. You are.

IF YOU ARE NEW TO AI

Q: I do not know anything about AI. Can I still work with you?
A: Yes. You do not need any background, experience, or exposure to AI to begin. Most clients start with curiosity and a bit of uncertainty. The sessions are designed to meet you exactly where you are.

Q: What if I am not tech forward?
A: That is completely fine. Many people feel behind or hesitant when it comes to new technology. Our work is not about learning tools. It is about understanding how change affects your decisions, your sense of direction, and your next step.

Q: Will we use AI during the session?
A: Only if it helps illustrate an idea or make something easier to understand. You will never be asked to use any software or platform. The focus is on clarity, perspective, and practical understanding, not technical skill.

Q: How can I learn more about AI in a simple and human way?
A: You can subscribe to Hot Minute Clarity Drops, a five minute newsletter that explains what is happening in the world of AI and modern change in plain language. It helps you stay informed without the noise or pressure to keep up.

SERVICES & PROCESS

Q: Where does the process begin?
A: Every client journey begins with the intake form. It gives you space to reflect before we meet. The form helps you clarify what is shifting in your work or life and what you hope to gain from our conversation. It also allows me to prepare with research and context so our time together is focused and meaningful.

Q: What happens in a Clarity Session?
A: Each 60 minute session is a focused human conversation that blends reflection, strategy, and forward thinking. We pause the noise, unpack your situation, and turn uncertainty into direction that feels both practical and aligned with who you are.

Q: What are the session options?
A:

  • Single Clarity Session (60 min): For focused insight on a specific question or challenge.

  • Deep Clarity Session (90 min): An extended session for deeper reflection and strategic direction. You’ll receive a short written summary capturing your main insights and next steps

  • 3-Session Clarity Series: Three 60 minute sessions that allow for deeper exploration, testing ideas, and steady progress over time. At the end of the series, you will receive a brief written summary or mini roadmap highlighting your key insights and next steps.

  • Strategic Transformation Partnership: This is a collaborative consulting engagement designed for professionals and founders who are ready to realign, refocus, and move forward with purpose.Partnerships typically run 3-6 months. Investment varies based on complexity, duration, and level of support required. Pricing is discussed following intake assessment.

Q: How do I know which option to choose?
A: If you’re new, start with a single session. If you already sense that your questions are layered or evolving, the 3-session series or Strategic Transformation Partnership provides the space to unfold insights over time.

Q: How do you use AI in your work?
A: AI is used thoughtfully to support the process, such as identifying emerging trends or organizing ideas. The real clarity always comes from human conversation, reflection, and perspective.

BOOKING & LOGISTICS

Q: How do I book a session?
A: All sessions begin with the Clarity Intake Form. Once you submit it, I review your responses personally to understand your goals and whether my approach will serve you well. If it feels like a good fit, you will receive an email within two business days with a private booking link. From there, you can choose a time, complete payment, and receive an automatic confirmation with your meeting details.

Q: Do I need a discovery call before booking?
A: No separate discovery call is needed. The intake form serves that purpose. It helps you slow down, reflect, and share what matters most so I can prepare thoughtfully before we meet.

Q: How will I receive my session link?
A: Once you confirm your session, you will receive a confirmation email with a Zoom or Google Meet link along with calendar reminders. You do not need to set anything up on your end.

Q: How far in advance should I submit the intake form?
A: I recommend submitting it at least 7 days before you would like to meet. This allows time for review and scheduling so the session can begin with full context.

Q: What is your reschedule policy?
A: You can reschedule up to 24 hours before your session. Cancellations within 24 hours are not refundable, but your payment can be applied to a future date.

Q: Do you work with teams or organizations?
A: My current focus is on individual consulting, advisory, and research. I occasionally collaborate in small group learning or discussion settings and may expand to more collaborative formats in the future. At this time, I do not offer organizational or corporate level consulting or AI implementation services.

AI & ETHICS

Q: What’s your philosophy on AI and humanity?
A: AI can accelerate information, but it can’t replace wisdom. My role is to help you use technology as a mirror—not a master—so it supports your values, work, and wellbeing.

Q: Is my information private?
A: Absolutely. All session content and form responses are confidential. AI tools are used responsibly and never with sensitive or identifying data unless anonymized and explicitly approved by you.

Q: Do you teach technical AI skills?
A: My focus is clarity and strategy—helping you understand why and when to use AI, not just how. If you’d like to build hands-on skills, I can point you toward trusted learning resources or specialists.

Q: Do you write or decide for me?
A: No. Think of Sage Blue Life as a thinking partner, not a substitute decision-maker. The process is about helping you find your own direction—with structure, insight, and support.
